He decided to continue causing frustrations by expressing his interest in the WNBA Commissioner’s role, as current Commissioner Cathy Engelbert is set to retire at the end of the current season.

For a man who was thrown out of a WNBA game just a few weeks ago, to expect such a responsibility does not seem right.

But Kanter has his own reasons to believe why he is ideal for the position.

As soon as Englert announced her retirement, he took to X to post a video expressing his interest in the role.

He was asked about the same in an official interview with Fox, where he also revealed his first plan of order.

Kanter reveals he will bring a dictionary

Kanter has been very vocal about his feelings on the transgender discourse taking place in the WNBA.

This has divided opinion, but Kanter seems to be confident that only biological women should be allowed to play the sport.

“I would actually love to,” when asked Kanter if he would want to be WNBA Commissioner. “The first thing I would do is bring a dictionary, and tell the whole taskforce what a woman is.”
