The NASCAR Truck Series competed at Michigan International Speedway, and it was a thrilling event. Christopher Bell won the first two stages; however, he didn’t enter victory lane after a tough restart near the end of the race. Instead, it was a TRICON Garage show featuring two of the series’ best drivers.

Corey Heim and the No. 1 team for TRICON Garage won Saturday’s race at Michigan, earning their third victory of the 2026 Truck Series season. Heim held off a strong push from Kaden Honeycutt, who took over for him in the No. 11 truck following the 2025 NASCAR campaign.

Honeycutt was left frustrated by Heim’s block on the final lap, but it doesn’t change the end result. Heim now has his third victory in six Truck Series starts during the 2026 NASCAR season. The 2025 Truck Series champion will go full-time with 23XI Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series next year, and he continues to prove why he earned the ride.
