Veteran forward John Collins is expected to generate strong interest in free agency, with the Magic, Spurs, and 76ers among the teams monitoring his market.

Minnesota has also been linked to Collins, but league sources believe the Timberwolves are unlikely to match the financial offers expected from Orlando, San Antonio, or Philadelphia.

The Spurs and 76ers have consistently been connected to several of the top forwards available this offseason, and Collins remains one of the most experienced options on the market.

The 28-year-old appeared in 69 games for the Clippers last season, averaging 13.6 points and 5.3 rebounds in 27.1 minutes per contest while continuing to provide athleticism and frontcourt versatility.

Collins is now entering free agency after completing the final season of the five-year, $125 million contract he originally signed with the Hawks.

He spent the first two years of that deal in Atlanta before being traded to the Jazz, where he played two seasons, and later joined the Clippers.

Last season, he earned $26.58 million after exercising his player option.
