Alabama women’s basketball will try to keep rolling in the Women’s NCAA Tournament against Maryland and now a time and TV time has been announced.
The Crimson Tide’s second-round matchup against Maryland will be at 4 p.m. Monday. The game will be shown on ESPN 2.
The Crimson Tide advanced to the second round after an 81-67 win over No. 12-seed Green Bay in the first game of the College Park Regional on Saturday. Alabama was led by 23 points from Aaliyah Nye and 22 from Zaay Green.
No. 4 Maryland defeated No. 13 Norfolk State 82-69 after being down two at the half. They outscored the Spartans by 10 in the third quarter and then used a 9-0 first run to put the game away in the fourth.
