Mitchell departed after the third quarter with a game-high 29 points. White said the All-Star guard “just got overheated” inside Coca-Cola Coliseum, where the Fever had never played before Tuesday.

Clark though went directly for the Tempo’s arena staff, and she criticized the temperature inside the arena.

“Maybe if Canada had air conditioning, that would be helpful,” Clark told ESPN’s Holly Rowe. “It’s a million degrees in here, but hopefully she’ll be okay.”
