After spending the majority of his career at Barcelona and following a two-year stint for Cesc Fàbregas at Como, Sergi Roberto has reached a verbal agreement with the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer, according to Fabrizio Romano and Matteo Moretto.
After a long and successful career with Barça, which peaked with the historic winning goal in the 6-1 win against PSG in the Champions League, Roberto moved on to Italy where he played the role of veteran mentor for a young Como team.

Now Sergi moves to MLS where he can still play at a high level at the age of 34 and enjoy the final years of his career. Roberto will reunite with former Barça teammate Riqui Puig, who is currently recovering from knee surgery, and will also share the field with Borussia Dortmund legend Marco Reus.
Good luck in MLS, 6ERG1!!!
