The Spartans have extended an offer to a three-star wide receiver prospect from South Carolina.
Amiri Acker of Iva, S.C. announced on Friday that he’s received an offer from Michigan State following an in-person visit with wide receivers coach Courtney Hawkins. The offer for Acker from Michigan State was posted on social media network X.

Acker is listed as a three-star prospect in the 2026 class, according to 247Sports. He holds a rating of 88 on 247Sports.
Acker ranks as the No. 89 wide receiver in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2026 class. He is also listed as the No. 11 player from South Carolina in the class.
Michigan State is one of nearly 15 programs to extend an offer to Acker, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Boston College, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Liberty, Appalachian State, Charleston Southern, Coastal Carolina, East Carolina, Georgia Southern, Memphis, The Citadel, Troy and UNLV.
