Evening, Cougar football fans.
We do apologize for not getting today’s game thread post up. But, it seems you guys found an alternative by using last week’s.
We’ll make up for it by letting you all vent in the delayed game discussion here.

In case you missed it, Washington State was bested by the Utah State Aggies 17-16. They led the Aggies 16-3 at half, then failed to score at all in the second half and had just 64 yards over those final 30 minutes. The Cougars now fall to 1-5 at the midpoint in the season and 0-2 in conference play. It continues WSU’s worst start since the 2010 season, in which they won two total games.
Had it not been for a gifted personal foul that kept their drive alive and led to the Leo Pulalasi touchdown run, it would have been the second straight game the WSU offense failed to score a touchdown.
The defense did its part for most of the game yet again but was forced into some tough spots as both Aggie touchdowns were scored when the drive started in WSU territory.
The full game recap will be out shortly.
Please use the comment section below to vent. Get it off your chest. Sound off on WSU’s worst start since Paul Wulff’s third year.
