Dragons have confirmed the long-expected signing of South African fly-half Tinus de Beer from Welsh arch-rivals Cardiff for 2025-26.
The 29-year-old impressed at the Arms Park following his arrival for the 2023-24 season.
But he was usurped after Wales fly-half Callum Sheedy’s arrival from Bristol Bears in the Welsh capital for the current campaign, while another Wales 10, Ioan Lloyd, will join Cardiff from Scarlets for next season.
Dragons head coach Filo Tiatia said: “We looked closely at how he (De Beer) plays the game and we’re excited by the way he can add to us and his attacking nature.
“He’s a strong defender, a player who puts himself on the front line, and he brings real tactical awareness to the game.”
