Dantas, a forward known for her versatility and strong presence on the court, has yet to make her debut this season. She is just one of five players from the 2024 squad who returned to the Fever this season.
While no further details were given, fans and analysts will be keeping a close eye on updates as the team navigates early-season injuries and lineup adjustments.
When drafted 12th overall by the Lynx in 2012, Dantas made her WNBA debut in 2014 after the 2012 Olympic Games. Before joining the Indiana Fever in 2024, the Brazilian forward played for the Minnesota Lynx from 2014 to 2015 and then again from 2019 to 2023. Between those stints, she spent the 2015 and 2017 seasons with the Atlanta Dream.
