The Cleveland Browns rushing attack has struggled most of the 2026 NFL season and saw RB Quinshon Judkins depart Week 5 in a walking boot, adding to more concerns heading into Week 6 versus the Baltimore Ravens. On Monday, Browns HC Todd Monken noted that Judkins was day-to-day, along with LB Carson Schwesinger, but wouldn’t rule anyone out for the AFC North showdown in Cleveland on Sunday.
So far this season, Judkins has 73 rushing attempts, with Raheim Sanders (9) and Jaleel McLaughlin (2) the only two other running backs to carry the ball for Monken’s crew.

The head coach reported that Dylan Sampson could be brought back from injured reserve soon but, according to multiple reports, the Browns are signing RB Audric Estime to their active roster as well:
Estime was a big play back for Notre Dame and was expected to be a Day 2 pick before falling to the Denver Broncos in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL draft. As a rookie playing alongside McLaughlin as the Broncos starter, Estime had 76 carries for 310 yards and two touchdowns. Last year, with the New Orleans Saints, the former Golden Domer played in seven games, carrying the ball 46 times for 198 yards and one touchdown.
The Browns will have to make a corresponding move to clear a spot for Estime on the 53-man roster. DBN will keep you posted when those moves become official.
Any thoughts on the addition of Estime to the Browns roster?
