After months of anticipation, Longhorns women’s basketball has finally revealed its conference schedule. While fans will have to wait a few months to see the Lady Longhorns in action, they can start planning for some of the biggest games of the year. All the fun is set to kick off on December 31st, with dates and TV schedules to be announced later.
For each SEC team, the conference schedule consists of eight home games and eight away games. Each program will also have one rotating opponent, which changes every year. The Longhorns are set to welcome some of the best teams in the nation to Austin as they look to win a national title.
During the 2026-2027 campaign, the Longhorns will host Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and Texas A&M. They will go on the road to face Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, and Texas A&M. The only team they will face twice is Texas A&M.

While the Longhorns schedule is full of talented teams, they proved up to the task last season. They finished the 2025-2026 campaign with a 13-3 conference record. Repeating that success will be key as they hope to win another conference title.
The season will conclude with the 2027 SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament, which will be held at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in South Carolina. That tournament is set to begin on March third and end on the seventh. The Longhorns will be looking to make sure it ends with some orange confetti before a deep March Madness run.
